AIM for Seva

New Educational Projects

As schooling resumes across India, AIM for Seva’s commitment to educate rural India has only strengthened. In this section, we share a glimpse on some of our new and upgraded educational projects from the ground.

  • New Sandhya Gurukulam Centre

A new Sandhya Gurukulam (evening tuition centre) was inaugurated on 21st January 2022 at Yelagiri hills, Kottur village, Vellore district, Tamil Nadu.

The new centre was inaugurated by Swami Sakshatkrutananda Saraswati ji, a senior Swami from Arsha Vidya.  The welcome address was delivered by AIM for Seva’s coordinator in the region, Swamini Suddhavidyananda Saraswati ji. Swami Sakshatkrutananda Saraswati ji gave the Anugraha Bhashananam .

  • Bhoomi Puja for New Chatralayam

A Bhoomi Puja for new boys Chatralayam to be located in Bardhaman, West Bengal was performed on 21st January 2022. The function saw the participation of local villagers, retired school teachers and local Panchyat members and the headmaster of a local higher secondary school.

  • Bhoomi Puja for New Building

A Bhoomi Puja for a new Chatralayam building for boys at Jabalpur (Late Baldevraj Papneja AIM for Seva Chatralayam for Boys, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh) was performed on 11th January 2022.

Boys aged from 12 to 17 years are currently residing in this Chatralayam and they come in from 32 neighbouring villages to reside and study in the hostel.
