The Concert
‘Hé Govind’ is a soulful musical journey that transports the listener to the divine realm of Lord Krishna.
The concert is designed as a celebration of Sri Krishna, with a selection of bhajans and abhangs, which are all in praise of the divine presence of the beloved Lord. The music is a blend of classical and semi classical styles, creating a unique and mesmerizing feeling that is sure to captivate the audience. The songs are chosen from among the compositions of popular saints and seers of India – including those by Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati.
The songs will be beautifully rendered by some of the most talented musicians of our time:

- Sri Narendra L. Nayak (Harmonium)

The Cause
The Chennai edition of ‘Hé Govind’ is being held in support of Swami Dayananda Krupa Home, a residential facility that provides long-term support for adult men with developmental delays.
The facility is a 10-acre lush green campus with thoughtfully planned facilities and empathetic care provided help to allay the concerns of the residents’ parents and family members. We are looking after 36 male residents, aged between 18 and 65 years of age, with wide-ranging developmental delays (such as autism, cerebral palsy and schizophrenia).
